Lots of people face issue of webcam not working or the error like your webcam is not showing any activity with different websites like chatroulette.com or omegle.com but the problem is not your camera because it works fine with Skype photo booth or any other application.
Well simplest solution is to switch your browser. Some browsers are not compatible with webcam integration through flash.
If that didn't worked than try to update your flash player. Probably the version you have installed does not support this function.
